We do not provide any immediate services or materials in response to form submissions.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Your personal information is used internally by Granite to service your request and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

We use third-party service providers, including Zapier, to securely transfer and process the information you submit. Specifically, the data you provide through this interface is sent via email notifications through Zapier to our team to help us add context when we reach out to you. We have agreements in place to ensure your information is handled securely and confidentially. Zapier is committed to data security and privacy, and we ensure any third-party service we use complies with applicable data protection regulations. By using this site, you agree to Zapier Inc.'s Terms of Service, which include its Data Processing Agreement.

Use of Additional or Third-Party Services

Chatbot Conversations and Associated Data Collection

Your responses during interactions with our Chatbot (“Granite Chatbot”, “chatbot”, “Granite AI Chatbot”) are entirely voluntary. We do not directly request any personal data beyond your company name, your name, your title, and general questions related to your retirement plan.

Conversations with the Chatbot may be anonymous in nature and temporarily stored and automatically deleted after 14 days. These conversations are not necessarily shared, automatically sent to, or viewed by Granite. While these interactions are recorded to help us provide better service, no personally identifiable information is collected unless you explicitly provide your name, company, and title at the beginning of the conversation.

The Granite Chatbot is powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT, integrated through Zapier and enhanced with custom developer instructions, automation workflows, and security protocols tailored by Granite. While the Chatbot utilizes OpenAI technology, Granite is an independent entity and has no affiliation with, nor does it receive compensation from, OpenAI. Website Analytics and Tracking Technologies

Cloudflare
